PA Meadows received his degree from the University of Nebraska College of Medicine. He completed his PA training in the US Air Force at MacDill Air Force Base, Florida. PA Meadows is certificated by the National Commission on Certification of Physicians Assistants as a Family Practice PA. He is a retired USAF Major from the Biomedical Science Corps.
