Peter S. Dovgan, M.D. received his undergraduate and medical degrees at Creighton University. He then trained in general surgery at Creighton affiliated hospitals completing his fellowship in Vascular Surgery at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit. At the Arizona Heart Institute in Phoenix, he received additional endovascular training and then joined the University of Florida as an Assistant Professor of Vascular Surgery in Jacksonville, Florida. He began treating Varicose Veins in 2001 and was one of the first in the area to use VNUS closure. In his spare time, Dr. Dovgan enjoys fixing old trucks and spending time with his wife and three daughters. |
